Hi, I’m Nicole

and I'm passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves.

As an eclectic and integrative therapist, I strive to bring together a range of tools in order to create an approach that meets you where you are.

I tend to work most often with people who want to focus on holistic healing, identity and ancestry work, their place in this vast universe (sex, life, death, and everything in between), working with altered states of consciousness, and overall experimenting with different kinds of healing practices. Many of the people I work with have a lived experience of trauma and/or identify as neurodivergent. I also have room in my practice for those who don’t necessarily identify with the previously named categories but feel the call to work together. I love working with anyone who is curious and ready to dive in. Let's grieve, deepen, and play together.

This practice is trauma-informed and grounded in psychodynamic and evidence-based techniques. I integrate specialized training in Sex Therapy, Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, and EMDR with approaches like parts work & Internal Family Systems, Somatic experiencing, Harm reduction, Existentialism, depth work, and Transpersonal Psychology. A consistently held intersectional lens ensures that our work honors the ways in which cultural systems have shaped your lived experience as well as all identities, relationship styles, and ways of being.

Our work may take many different forms depending on you, me, what we're working on, your intentions, and all of the little things that can change on any given day. For example, this could look like climbing a tree together during an eco-therapy session or unpacking childhood memories while coloring after trying on different lenses to peer into your dreams. It could look like simply being witnessed in your lived experience or like tuning into the inner child part of you who needs to be heard. It could look like unpacking spiritual emergence and how you orient yourself to the unknown. In many cases, external systems decide the line between madness and mysticism- may this space be one for you to decide where that line is for yourself. It can also look like exploring altered states of consciousness through Ketamine Assisted Therapy or preparation & integration around any psychedelic work you may be doing on your own.

This work can often feel very vulnerable and raw, which is why I also believe you should know you are sitting across from another human who will work to build a relationship of trust with you. I endeavor to be a person who consistently shows up with and for you, even in hard moments. Shining the light on your shadows is hard and painful work, but it can also be interesting, exciting, and joyful. It would be a profound honor to walk alongside you for whatever arises on this part of your journey.

Find out who you are and do it on purpose.
