• I offer in-person ecotherapy in the San Francisco Bay Area, for clients looking for a deeper connection to themselves through nature. I also provide virtual therapy sessions to clients located anywhere in California. This includes support for trauma, relationships, sex and identity, and psychedelic integration. We’ll work together to find what format best supports your needs.

  • I am located on unceded Ramaytush Ohlone territory in the Bay Area, CA, near Redwood City.

I offer ecotherapy in the Peninsula and occasionally in San Fransisco/East Bay.

  • My rate is on a sliding scale of $150-200 for a 50 minute session.

65/80 minute sessions to returning clients as needed; fee is prorated.

For a full breakdown of Ketamine Assisted Therapy fees, please reach out.

I have a sliding scale. If you are able to pay at the higher end of this scale, you allow me to serve those who are not as resourced. Sliding scale does not mean paying what you want to pay- it is truly need-based. Please consider this when we discuss fee.

  • I do not accept insurance directly, but I can provide superbills (therapy receipts) for you to submit to your insurance provider if you have out-of-network mental health benefits. Many of my clients are able to get partial reimbursement this way.

If you’re not sure what your plan covers, I recommend calling your insurance company and asking:

    • Do I have out-of-network coverage for psychotherapy?

    • What percentage is reimbursed?

    • Is there a deductible I must meet first?

    • How do I submit a superbill?

If you’re looking for psychedelic-assisted therapy (such as ketamine therapy), keep in mind that this work is often not reimbursed by insurance, even when therapy is. Feel free to reach out if you have questions about how this works—I’m happy to help clarify.

  • My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from modalities like Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, depth psychology, sex therapy, and psychedelic-assisted therapy (specifically ketamine-assisted therapy). I also incorporate nature-based therapy (ecotherapy) for clients in the Bay Area, and provide online therapy across California. This blend allows me to tailor our work to what truly supports your healing and growth.

  • I am trained in sex therapy and work with clients around topics like sexuality, kink, desire, intimacy, relationships, sexual shame, identity, reclaiming pleasure, body image, and healing from sexual trauma. I bring a nonjudgmental, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and intersectional lens to this work. Sex therapy can be incorporated into telehealth sessions anywhere in California or, in some cases, integrated into in-person ecotherapy sessions in the Bay Area.

  • This area of my practice is supervised by Joshua Rutt, LMFT.

As a therapist trained in Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, I support clients through preparation and integration sessions surrounding their ketamine experiences. While I do not administer the medicine myself as that is outside of my scope of practice, I collaborate with medical providers and serve as a therapeutic guide for the experience, helping clients process insights and foster lasting emotional and psychological growth.

I hold KAT sessions virtually via zoom and in-person in the Bay Area depending on the situation and client needs. In-person work can look like office space or at-home sessions.

Sessions may be psycholytic or psychedelic in nature—

Psycholytic dosing involves low to moderate doses of ketamine that allow for talk therapy during the session—clients stay communicative and engaged. These sessions can often look shorter and cost less by nature of less hours spent.

Psychedelic dosing uses higher amounts that induce a more immersive, non-ordinary state of consciousness, often with limited verbal interaction during the experience. These sessions are typically about 3 hours long.

Either way, I hold a preparation and integration protocol (at least one session on either end of the KAT experience) around this work. Preparation helps clients set intentions, understand what to expect, and build trust and safety before a ketamine session. Integration is the process of making meaning from the experience and applying insights to daily life. Together, they ensure the experience is grounded, supported, and leads to lasting therapeutic change.

I typically view KAT as one of many tools for our long-term work together but am open to adjunctive clients contingent on the situation.

Approval to begin ketamine-assisted therapy depends on my clinical assessment, supervision input, and ultimately the medical provider’s evaluation—there is no guarantee of treatment.

    PRICING MODEL

I work with Samantha Lau, NP, as the medical provider for my practice.

Her intake fee is $375- this includes medical intake and a follow up appointment, as well as a prescription for up to 6 sessions of KAT.

My fee for KAT work is our hourly rate multiplied by the amount of hours we work together, plus an additional hour for in-person work (for commute and room set-up/take-down). For lower dose, this can look like a 90 minute session and up to 3 hours. For higher dose, this is typically a 3 hour session.

  • An APCC is Associate Professional Clinical Counselor who has completed a graduate degree and comprehensive training. As an APCC, I am not yet a fully licensed therapist.

I am supervised by Brittany Friedrich Gunnison, PsyD at Authentic Path Psychology PC.

I am also supervised by Joshua Rutt, MFT at Joshua Rutt Wellness for the KAT component of my practice.
